when i got home yesterday morning after sending hubby off to the airport, i saw this cat squirming in a flowerpot.
yes, a flowerpot.
not an empty one but one with a plant sprouting out of it.
out of curiousity, i took a closer look & realised she had just gave birth to 5 kittens.
they were covered with dirt while she chewed on the placenta that came out together with her kittens.
i almost threw up.

wanted to move them somewhere more comfortable but she was on top of the litter everytime i checked up on them.
today i found them here.
she moved and placed them under our air conditioning compressor unit.
maybe she liked the warmth there.
it's good that they had settled down comfortably but my only fear is the wandering tomcats which are not the father of the kittens.
i don't wanna have to find the kittens all mauled or in pieces.
